The LightSpeed1000™ is a Quad OC-3 / STM-1, OC-12 /STM-4 analyzer for analysis and emulation of unchannelized and channelized ATM, POS, RAW, and Ethernet traffic. The analyzer is available in PCIe card and USB-based unit forms, sporting a 2 GB of DDR2 RAM, a GigE, and a USB 2.0 interface making this one of the most versatile and powerful tests platform in GL’s repertoire.

SonetExpert™ is a USB based hardware unit capable of analysis and emulation of SONET/SDH carrying channelized T1 E1 traffic. The pod is capable of OC-3 / STM-1, OC-12 /STM-4 wire-speed processing on two optical ports (Port 3 and Port 4). USB 3.0 interface is used to connect with a Notebook PC for portability. The hardware is firmware FPGA based making it easy to upgrade in the field for application versatility.

GL’s PacketExpert™ 10GX provides comprehensive testing of 10 Gbps wirespeed Ethernet/IP networks. It has two 10Gbps/1Gbps/2.5Gbps Optical ports, and two 10/100/1000 Mbps Electrical/Optical ports capable of BERT, Smart Loopback, RFC 2544, ExpertSAM (ITU-T Y.1564), Record and Playback, Multi Stream UDP/TCP traffic generation and analysis (RFC 6349), and WAN Emulation functionalities.
